My name is Elena, I have 33 years and I live in small Russian city. I work in library and I can use computer after my work when possible. I find your address and I decide to write you this letter.

I have daughter, she has 8 years, her father abandoned us and we live together with my mother.

As outcome of serios crisis recently my mother lost job (bakehouse where she worked was bankruptcy) and our situation became very difficult.

Gas and electricity cost a lot in our city and we can not use it to heat our home anymore.

The weather is very cold here already and radio say that temperature in our region will be up to minus 25 degrees Celsius in the next week.
We are very afraid and we don’t know what to do. I am very afraid for my little daughter.

Only possible way for us to heating our home is to use portable wood burning oven which supply with heating from burning wood. We have sufficiency wood in our district and this oven will heatin our home during all winter for minimal charges.

We urgent need this oven, but we cannot buy it in our local market since it cost 8146 ruble (equivalent of 191 Euro) and we cannot collect too much money.

May be you have any old portable wood burning oven and if you ended to use it, we will be very gratefully if you can donate it for us and organize transportation of this oven to our adress (170 km from Moscow). This ovens can be different and with weight 100 - 140kg.

Ja eben! Vielleicht kommt 222,284 raus oder auch 214,87 oder…
Aber sowohl genau 193,00 € als auch genau 195,95 € als Ergebnis der Umrechnung von Rubel in Euro sind unwahrscheinlich und würden mich stutzig machen.
Feith fand aber nur die 193,00 € komisch, hätte dagegen aber 195,95 € normal gefunden, ja sogar erwartet. Daher meine ironische Antwort auf seinen Beitrag…

Zumindest DIESEN Betrag hatte ja sogar auch Feith schon korrekter Weise bemängelt, hier ist eine Wiederholung gleichwohl unnnötiger.
Aber du setzt ja sogar noch einen drauf und rechnest das, was alle von Anfang an verstanden hatten (sogar Feith), für alle nochmal anhand von Beispielwerten vor.

Dass man mit einem IQ von 70 den psychologischen Hintergrund solcher Preisbildung nicht durchschaut, war auch schon Teil meiner Aussage. Allerdings hat das mit der plumpen Wiederholung diesmal leider nicht ganz geklappt: bei dir gilt das auf einmal nur für Menschen mit einem IQ von ganz genau 70, alles andere lässt du offen.
Und jetzt hatte ich doch gerade gedacht, wenigstens das mit der Unwahrscheinlichkeit genauer Werte hättest du verstanden, wo du es doch so schön vorgerechnet hast… :-/

Meine Zeit ist eigentlich sehr begrenzt, aber das hier ist echt unterhaltsam. Also sofern du dir weiterhin dein Schild immer fester um deinen Hals zurren willst, bist du herzlich eingeladen, hier weiter meine Posts zu wiederholen und zu bekräftigen, auch wenn wahrscheinlich nur du weißt, warum du das tust. Du scheinst das irgendwie für eine Diskussion mit mir zu halten, aber da habe ich einen Geheimtipp für dich: dann solltest du mir nicht immer nur beipflichten, sondern auch irgendwo mal widersprechen ;-)

How is the weather in your region? Here the weather is very cold, today we
have minus 17 degrees Celsius and I heared on the news that the weather in
our region will be up to minus 25-30 degrees Celsius at the end of this
week! It is awful!!!

We hear on the news that the financial crisis is finished and the economical
situation is started to improve.

I don’t know if it is true or lie, because we don’t feel it yet and my
income in the library become smaller and smaller…. My salary is delayed
for three months and I pray that I will get it before the New Year.

We are worried that our government will declare default soon and then the
Russian rouble will be depreciated as it already happened in the 1998 year.

Thanks to our garden we growed vegetables and potatoes during this summer
and now we have some food-savings.

Now we need to buy the things of the primary necessity for the winter and it
is necessary to pay the bills for our home which our local authorities
increase all the time!!!

It is crazy, some people in our region already unable to pay these costs and
authorities started to appeal to court in order to evict these people to the
streets! I’m afraid that it may also concern our family soon.
